Neues Update aus Österreich: Voller Durchblick im Rückgewinnungskessel 🔍
Wir haben Anfang des Jahres ein spannendes Projekt in Österreich abgeschlossen. Der dortige Rückgewinnungskessel läuft jetzt mit unserem Feuerraumkamerasystem PYROINC 640F Endo.
Warum das Ganze? In so einem Kessel geht es extrem her. Wer dort die Effizienz und Sicherheit im Griff haben will, braucht Bilder, auf die er sich verlassen kann. Unser System liefert genau das:
- Scharfe Bilder: Auch wenn es im Kesselinneren richtig zur Sache geht, bleibt die Auflösung stabil.
- Echt robust: Die Endoskop-Optik ist speziell für den Dauerbetrieb bei extremen Temperaturen gebaut.
- Support auf kurzen Wegen: Wir produzieren „Made in Germany“. Das heißt für unsere Kunden: Hohe Qualität und wir sind sofort zur Stelle, wenn mal was ist.

New project update from Austria: Full visibility inside the boiler 🔍
Earlier this year, we successfully completed an exciting project in Austria. Their recovery boiler is now up and running with our PYROINC 640F Endo furnace camera system.

Wir haben ein echtes Highlight-Projekt in Südamerika abgeschlossen: Bei Bracell in Brasilien sind jetzt zwei unserer Infrarot-Kamerasysteme im Einsatz – und das im aktuell größten Rückgewinnungskessel der Welt! 🚀
Warum das für die Anlage so wichtig ist: In einer Anlage dieser Größe ist Stillstand richtig teuer. Unsere Kameras sorgen dafür, dass alles rund läuft:
- Alles im Blick: Die PYROINC 640F Endo liefert scharfe Wärmebilder direkt aus dem Kesselinneren – und das in Echtzeit.
- Saubere Sache: Dank unserer speziellen Optikspülung bleibt die Linse deutlich länger sauber als bei Standardlösungen. Das spart Zeit und Nerven bei der Wartung.
- Im Test bewiesen: In direkten Vergleichstests mit anderen internationalen Herstellern hat unsere Bildqualität und die Robustheit der Linsen einfach überzeugt.

We’ve just wrapped up a massive project in South America: At Bracell in Brazil, two of our infrared camera systems are now live – operating in the world’s largest recovery boiler! 🚀
Why this is a big deal for the plant: In a facility of this scale, downtime is the enemy. Our systems help keep things running smoothly:
- Real-time insights: The PYROINC 640F Endo delivers high-res thermal images straight from the heart of the boiler.
- Stay clean, stay running: Our optimized lens purging keeps the optics clear even in extreme conditions. This means much less cleaning and maintenance compared to standard systems.
