Technical Profile & Key Features
- High-temperature infrared measurement technology: Monitoring of processes in the range from 400°C to 2,000°C.
- Through-flame measurement: Use of specialized infrared cameras with integrated flame filters, which enable continuous (24/7) temperature acquisition in the background of the combustion zone.
- Uncooled sensor technology: Development of high-speed IR cameras (such as the HRP-250) in cooperation with DIAS Infrared.
- Automated process cleaning: Intelligent detection of slag buildup on up to 7,000 m² of boiler wall surface per block, coupled with demand-based water lance cleaning.
