High Temperature TV-Monitoring System (TV-INC)

The CMV-Systems offers complete turnkey systems from a single source, including all necessary peripheral equipment. Continuous service from planning through to maintenance contracts.

For the realization of individual observational problem, we offer customized systems in three variants:

 

Furnace probe with an integrated CCD camera and automatic transfer device

  • Water cooled probes with integrated CCD-cameras and special optics allow continuous visual monitoring of processes in combustion chambers in best quality
  • lenses with high light transmittance either automatically or manually adjustable diaphragm in image angle ranges from 10 ° to 110 °.
  • Excellent image quality in either color or black and white
  • Monitoring of coolants and automatic retraction of probe in case of media failure or over temperature
  • voltage free alarm report to control centre

  • remotely controlled from control centre as well as from switch cabinet on site.
  • small space required for installation due to use of rodless retraction cylinder
  • on request special constructions are available as pan, tilt and rotating units for the furnace probe. Probes with views at an angle mounted on a rotating system observe a distinctly greater area (one system can replace several ordinary systems)

 

Stationary Furnace Probes

Water cooled probe housing with integrated CCD-Camera and lens especially suitable for use in furnace rooms provide continuous visual process observation with best picture quality.

  • Lenses of high light transmission optional with
  • automatic or manual aperture
  • image angles range from 10° up to 110°
  • brilliant picture quality optional black / white or colour
  • sensors for all cooling media
  • optional visual and / or acoustic alarm in case of media failure or over temperature
  • voltage free alarm report to control centre
  • mounted onto a sealing flange
  • requires less space (just probe length)

 

External Observation Systems

Water or air cooled housing containing CCD-camera ensure a continuous visual process observation from outside the fire room.

  • needle hole lenses or optional reasonably priced
  • daylight lenses in various styles with remotely
  • controlled additional features are available.
