Problem
In contrast to the PYROINC 640F (flame filter), the radiation intensity of solid particles and gases is measured by the PYROINC 768N in the near infrared spectrum. This is particularly suitable for monitoring mono burner (oil, gas, coal) as well as for multi-fuel burners or flexible burners in power plants, in the cement industry or even in the glass industry.
Task
- Detecting and monitoring the temperature of the flame
- Visualization of the shape of the flame (area, length, width, angle)
- Visualization of the non-ignited flame parts
- Mechanical adaptation of the PyroInc 768N into an overall system with automatic pneumatic retreat for emergency.
- Integration of the measured values into a parent control system
Solution
Whether in power plant, in biomass incinerators or in the rotary kiln – the high-resolution infrared fire room camera PYROINC 768n measures exactly and reliably non-contact temperatures. Also in fast processes or for rapid temperature changes, data transfer takes place in real time. Motorically focusable standard and wide-angle infrared lenses allow flexible adaptation to different measurement object sizes even with different measurement removals.
